General Eligibility Criteria

- a citizen of India
- Of Good character
- Of Sound health, good Physique and free from organic defects or Bodily Infirmly
- Must not have more than 1 spouse living
- Must have passed M.E. School Examination with Odia as Language subject, or
- Must have passed HSC Examnation or Equivalent Examination with Odia as Medium of Examination in the Non - Language, or
- Must have passes in Odia as language Subject in the Final Examination of Class-VII and above
- Must have passed a test in Odia in M.E school Standard Conducted by Education Department
Education Qualification

Must have passed a bachelors degree in commerce OR
Must have passed Bachelors degree in Arts/ Science/ Mathematics/ Computer Applications/ Physics/ Economics/ Applied Economics/ Agriculture Economics/ Sociology/ Econometrics. These Subjects must have been studied as honours or Pass/ Elective Level
