- Deputy Director - Officers of the Central / State Govt / Union Territories holding analogous post
- Administrative Officer - Graduation Degree from a recognized university
- Assistant Professor - PG Degree in Ayurveda
- Clinical Registrar - MD in Ayurveda
- Nursing Officer - Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery, Pharmacy, B.Sc Nursing
- Medical Laboratory Technologist - Degree in Medical Laboratory Science
- Pharmacist(Ayurveda) - 12th, Diploma in Ayush Nursing & B Pharm
- Junior Medical Laboratory Technologist - 12th in Science & DMLT
- Multi-Tasking Staff - 10th pass
Age Limit:
- Minimum: 25 Years
- Maximum: 556 Years

For Deputy Director, Assistant Professor, Administrative Officer, Clinical Register
