- State Consultant: BDS, BAMS, B.Sc, Master's Degree, MBA, PGDM, Computer Science, CS, MPH from a recognized university.
- State Consultant IT: Post Graduation Degree in Computer Science, IT, B.E / B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from a recognized university.
Consolidated Emoluments:
- Consultant Viral Disease: Rs.45,000/- per month.
- Insect Collector: Rs.15,000/- per month.
- State Consultant: Rs.45,000/- per month.
- State Consultant IT: Rs.45,000/- per month.
