Educational Qualification:
- Boat Master: 10th, 10+2, or ITI Certificate.
- Boat Operator: Second Class engine driver & Serang Certificate or 10+2, or ITI
- Boat Assistant: 10+2 pass, or ITI/Diploma
- Manager (Finance): CAI/ICWA
- Assistant (Finance): M.Com/CA Intermediate/ICWA Intermediate.
Age Limit:
- Aspirants should have an age limit of 40 to 45 years.
