Educational Qualification:
- I.T Officer: 4 years Engineering / Technology Degree in Computer Science /Computer Applications / Information Technology OR PG Degree in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation / Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Applications OR Graduate having passed DOEACC 'B' Level
- Agriculture Field Officer: 4 years Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science / Fishery Science / Dairy Science / Pisciculture / Agri.Marketing & Cooperation / Co-operation & Banking / Agro-Forestry / Forestry / Agricultural Biotechnology / Food Science / Agriculture Business Management / Food Technology / Diary Technology / Agricultural Engineering / Sericulture / Fisheries Engineering
- Rajabhasha Adhikari: Post Graduation Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (Graduation) level. OR PG Degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subject at the degree (graduation) level
- Law Officer: A bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled as an advocate with Bar council
