Educational Qualification

1. For Retired bank Employees: Rural banking Experience of at least 3 years.
2. For Young Candidates: Candidates should complete Graduation, M.Sc./ BE/ MCA/ MBA are eligible.

Age Limit

• For Retired Bank Employees: Maximum Age Limit - 65 years
• For Young Candidates: Between 21-45 years

Pay Scale

The remuneration will be based on categories.

• Category A: Rs. 15000/-
• Category B: Rs. 12000/-
